These were some of the words I received when teaching a lesson today on blends. I was expecting “star,” “glass,” “place” – so was amazed at the Kindergarteners for coming up with such distinct words! It was a private school setting, which meant the environment they are brought up in is much more well-off. BUT STILL, they are 4 and 5 years old 😮
